Elutriator for Fractionating Silt1

ABSTRACT

A modification of the Kopecky elutriator involving mode of sample introduction and transfer of suspended particles between elutriator tubes is described. Results of routine application demonstrate its efficiency in separating particulate material into size fractions and its economy of time.
